Our Team

Each learner has a team of therapists, including a Clinical Supervisor, a Lead Interventionist, and several Interventionists. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ongoing assessment, treatment plan development, and supervision of the team as they provide therapy to achieve treatment goals. The Lead Interventionist assists the Clinical Supervisor in keeping therapy protocols updated and monitoring progress on goals, as well as ensuring that materials are available for therapy sessions. Lead Interventionists and Interventionists conduct daily therapy sessions and work together with parents/caregivers and other team members to create the most effective and therapeutic learning environment possible. Our Lead Interventionists and Interventionists are Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionists in the state of Oregon. We pride ourselves in exceeding state requirements for supervised time and in creating a company culture that supports the professional development and growth of our team members.
