Clinical Director: Jenny Fischer PhD, Licensed Behavior Analyst/BCBA-D
Jenny has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral interventions for individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities since 2001. Born and raised in Central Oregon, Jenny has been committed to improving access to effective treatment for children and adults with autism in rural areas of Oregon. She has been actively involved in legislative advocacy for insurance coverage of ABA, has served on the board of the Oregon Association for Behavior Analysis and the Oregon Behavior Analysis Regulatory Board. She enjoys partnering with community organizations to expand and improve the resources available to Oregon’s families.
Jenny earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA, where she first began working with children with autism during a practicum course. Jenny completed her Master of Science in Psychology (Behavior Analysis specialization) from California State University, Stanislaus, in Turlock, CA in 2007, and completed her PhD in Psychology (Behavior Analysis specialization) at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles Campus, in May 2016. Jenny’s research interests include teaching language to children with autism, particularly teaching generative language repertoires.
Jenny has been practicing as a BCBA in Central and Southern Oregon since 2007, and officially opened Cascade Behavioral Intervention (CBI) in 2010.

Central Oregon Staff
Clinical Assistant: Eamon Campbell, MEd, Licensed Behavior Analyst/BCBA
Eamon Campbell has been with CBI since 2016. He completed his Masters with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis through the University of Washington in 2013. He has been working with individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities since 2012. His clinical emphasis in early intervention services is what brought him from Washington to Central Oregon to continue providing quality services for families.
Lead Interventionist/Intern: Naomi Furlong, MS, Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist
Naomi has been with CBI since 2014. She completed her Masters degree with an emphasis in ABA through Kaplan University in 2016. Naomi’s sense of humor and compassionate, positive attitude make her a vital member of our team!
Lead Interventionist: Erin McAvoy, BA, Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist
Erin joined our team in 2016, and previously provided ABA services in California. Erin has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in fitness and wellness. Erin is not only a skilled interventionist and lead, she creates and manages materials and stimuli for our client’s sessions, a vital aspect of successful treatment.
Lead Interventionist/Intern: Troy Forsyth, MEd, Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist
Troy joined the CBI team in 2016. Troy has a Masters in Special Education and recently completed coursework in ABA. He has more than 13 years of experience working with children with autism and special needs, and excels at making therapy fun and engaging!
Lead Interventionist: Keshia Gray, BA, Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist
Keshia joined our team in 2017, but came with 5 years of excellent experience providing early intensive ABA in the Midwest and a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin. We’re happy to she has brought her positive energy and strong background in ABA to the Pacific Northwest!
Sarah Hansen, BS, Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist
Sarah joined our team in 2017. Sarah graduated from Oregon State University with a BS in Psychology. She has been a welcome addition with her kind, caring approach to therapy sessions. Her attention to detail, patience, and sense of humor are an asset to each team she is on!
Taprie Hayes, BS, Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist
Taprie joined our team in 2017, and came to us with several years of experience working in early childhood education. Taprie has a BS in Psychology from the University of Oregon. Her passion for early intervention and her enthusiasm have been a great complement to our team!
Sheridan Gaxiola, BS Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist
Sheridan joined the CBI team in 2017. Sheridan recently moved to Central Oregon from Idaho, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Sheridan has a passion for helping others, and has a kind, patient rapport with children that is a great fit for our work!
Tabbitha Roberts, BS Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist
Tabbitha joined CBI in 2017. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oregon State University. Tabbitha brings a smile and an enthusiastic attitude to all of her sessions, and is a welcome addition to all of her clients’ teams!
Kinley Fitzkee, BFA Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist
Kinley joined the CBI team in 2017, and has a background in teaching and art. Kinley’s warm and playful approach to therapy sessions makes her a great asset to our team!

Jackie has been with CBI since 2014, and keeps the administrative side of the business running smoothly. She is an essential part of our team and does so much more than her title suggests!
Southern Oregon Staff
Clinical Supervisor: Nikole McEwen, MS, Licensed Behavior Analyst/BCBA
Nikole has been an essential member of the CBI team since its beginning, and has worked under Jenny’s supervision since 2008. She leads the team providing services to families in Southern Oregon. Nikole completed her Master’s degree with an emphasis in ABA through Kaplan University. Nikole’s dedication and dependability have been invaluable to Southern Oregon families!
Lead Interventionist/Intern: Hannah Rockwood, Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist
Hannah joined CBI in 2016. She is completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Southern Oregon University. She will graduate in 2017 with plans to attend a Master’s degree program the following fall. She brings excitement and positive energy to therapy sessions, creating a positive learning environment for our students.
Lead Interventionist/Intern: Rebecca Carol, Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist
Rebecca is currently enrolled in the Applied Behavior Analysis Master’s degree program at Oregon Institute of Technology. She joined our team in 2017, and has three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Rebecca’s positive, professional attitude and care for her clients make her an asset to our Southern Oregon team.
Interventionist/Intern Brianne Pignoli, Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist
Brianne is currently enrolled in the Applied Behavior Analysis Master’s degree program at Oregon Institute of Technology. Before joining our team in 2017 she worked at Rivers Edge Academy Charter School as a teacher. Brianne was delighted to join our team and brings both fun and focus to her therapy sessions.
