Owner/Director: Jenny Fischer PhD, Licensed Behavior Analyst/BCBA-D
Jenny has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral interventions for individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities since 2001. Born and raised in Central Oregon, Jenny has been committed to improving access to effective treatment for children and adults with autism in rural areas of Oregon. She has been actively involved in legislative advocacy for insurance coverage of ABA, has served on the board of the Oregon Association for Behavior Analysis and the Oregon Behavior Analysis Regulatory Board. She enjoys partnering with community organizations to expand and improve the resources available to Oregon’s families.
Jenny earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA, where she first began working with children with autism during a practicum course. Jenny completed her Master of Science in Psychology (Behavior Analysis specialization) from California State University, Stanislaus, in Turlock, CA in 2007, and completed her PhD in Psychology (Behavior Analysis specialization) at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles Campus, in May 2016. Jenny’s research interests include teaching language to children with autism, particularly teaching generative language repertoires. Jenny has been practicing as a BCBA in Central and Southern Oregon since 2007, and officially opened Cascade Behavioral Intervention (CBI) in 2010.

Clinical Supervisor: Nikole McEwen, MS, Licensed Behavior Analyst/BCBA
Nikole has been an essential member of the CBI team since its beginning, and has worked under Jenny’s supervision since 2008. She leads the team providing services to families in Southern Oregon. Nikole completed her Master’s degree with an emphasis in ABA through Kaplan University. Nikole’s dedication and dependability have been invaluable to Southern Oregon families!
Lead Interventionist/Intern: Naomi Furlong, MS, Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist
Naomi has been with CBI since 2014. She completed her Masters degree with an emphasis in ABA through Kaplan University in 2016. Naomi’s sense of humor and compassionate, positive attitude make her a vital member of our team!
Lead Interventionist: Tamra Caldwell, Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist
Tamra has been with CBI since 2011. She is a Lead Interventionist and excels in providing supports for children in preschool and school settings, as well as collaborating with parents, teachers, and colleagues. Tamra’s caring and enthusiastic nature is an asset to the CBI team!
Lead Interventionist/Intern: Kristin Randy, MS, Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionist
Kristin joined the CBI team in 2016. She recently completed her Masters at the Sage Colleges. Kristin brings a wealth of experience in special education and is dedicated to increasing her knowledge and skills in ABA. Her fun, energetic approach to her sessions has been a positive addition to the CBI team!
Billing Administrator: Jackie Navarro
Jackie has been with CBI since 2014, and keeps the administrative side of the business running smoothly. She is an essential part of our team and does so much more than her title suggests!
